The founder of Au Pair Professional Services has been in the recruitment business for 5 years and has the ability to handle all your placement needs with professionalism & accuracy. Hayley Eaton is highly qualified within this field. Her qualifications range from Public relations and Communications to Education. She is also highly experienced in au pairing with 8 years experience. She is also a mother and therefore understands any concerns you may have about leaving your children under someone else’s supervision and care . Our Promise: To provide an excellent all round service to our clients and at the same time ensuring that we help our client family find the most suitable person to satisfy all their children’s needs. To ensure peace of mind for our client families, thus they can rest assured that their children are in the best possible hands and provided with a stable and secure environment. We aim to aid in the upbringing of your children to ensure that they have every advantage possible. How we Work: If you would like us to proceed in assisting you in finding a suitable au pair, please complete and sign our Requirements Form and Terms and Conditions and return it to us. We will then match your requirements with our large database of candidates. Once suitable candidates have been identified, we will send you their CV’s to look at and review. Once you have reviewed the CV’s and selected the candidates you would like to meet with, we can then proceed in setting up interviews with these candidates. These interviews can take place at your home or place of work and can be done at any time that suits you. After you have completed your interviews, you will then let Au Pair Professional Services know if you have selected a candidate to hire or if you would like to continue the search by looking at further CV’s.
